▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rapidly degradable antibacterial plastic film, comprises polylactic acid and nano-silica-grafted graphene, and the preparation method nano-silica graft graphene is (i) adding anhydrous ethanol, nano-silica and 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane sequentially into the reactor, and reacting, dispersing by ultrasonic vibration, dropping deionized water into the reactor, stirring evenly, filtering and drying to obtain modified nano-silica, (ii) adding anhydrous ethanol, graphene oxide and 3-glycidyl etheroxypropyltrimethoxysilane in sequence into the reactor, and reacting, ultrasonically dispersing, dropping deionized water into the reactor, stirring evenly, filtering and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, and (iii) adding N,N-dimethylformamide and modified graphene oxide into the reactor, dispersing by ultrasonic vibration, adding modified nano-silica, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring, and reacting, filtering, washing and drying with absolute ethanol. USE - Used as rapidly degradable antibacterial plastic film. ADVANTAGE - The film has better mechanical property and antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rapidly degradable antibacterial plastic film, comprises polylactic acid and nano-silica-grafted graphene, and the preparation method nano-silica graft graphene is (i) adding anhydrous ethanol, nano-silica and 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane sequentially into the reactor, and reacting at 65-75degrees Celsius, preferably 70degrees Celsius, dispersing by ultrasonic vibration for 4-6 hours, preferably 6 hours, dropping deionized water into the reactor, stirring evenly, filtering and drying to obtain modified nano-silica, (ii) adding anhydrous ethanol, graphene oxide and 3-glycidyl etheroxypropyltrimethoxysilane in sequence into the reactor, and reacting at 65-75degrees Celsius, preferably 70degrees Celsius, ultrasonically dispersing for 4-6 hours, preferably 6 hours, dropping deionized water into the reactor, stirring evenly, filtering and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, and (iii) adding N,N-dimethylformamide and modified graphene oxide into the reactor, dispersing by ultrasonic vibration for 0.5-1 hour, adding modified nano-silica, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, stirring, and reacting at 95-105degrees Celsius for 5-7 hours, preferably at 95degrees Celsius for 7 hours, filtering, washing and drying with absolute ethanol, and obtaining the nano-silica grafted graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the plastic film comprising (a) adding the nano-silica-grafted graphene into chloroform, and dispersing by ultrasonic vibration for 1-2 hours to obtain a nano-silica-grafted graphene dispersion, and (b) adding chloroform and polylactic acid in the reactor, stirring, dissolving the polylactic acid, adding the nano-silica grafted graphene dispersion, stirring for 3-5 hours, coating the mixture with a film, and evaporating chloroform to obtain the plastic film.
