NOVELTY - Preparation of electro-patterned graphene electrode comprises weighing carbon source, and adding deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain carbon source solution; coating carbon source solution on surface of substrate to obtain substrate with carbon source film; freeze-drying substrate with carbon source thin film to obtain substrate with dry carbon source thin film; designing electrode pattern; and discharging on surface of dry carbon source thin film by high voltage power supply, and drawing electrode pattern. USE - The method is for preparation of electro-patterned graphene electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively block the stack of the graphene layer, using the high energy released when the charged substance is in the mutual contact and the characteristic of the fast annealing after processing. It can produce high quality graphene in a short time, satisfying the requirement of high efficiency and high stability of the preparation process, and the prepared graphene electrode has good electrical performance.
