▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Agilawood antibacterial deodorant insole comprises 40-50 pts. wt. polyether polyol composite material, 5-12 pts. wt. monofluorodichloroethane, 1-3 pts. wt. rubber powder, 20-40 pts. wt. isocyanate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. non-hydrolytic silicone oil surfactant, 5-10 pts. wt. hardening agent, 8-15 pts. wt. pore-opening agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. catalyst, and 10-20 pts. wt. sterilizing and deodorizing micro-capsule. USE - Used as agilawood antibacterial deodorant insole. ADVANTAGE - The deodorant insole: is processed into sterilizing and deodorizing micro-capsule, which not only improves the combination stability performance of the polyurethane material, but also improves the deodorizing and sterilizing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the agilawood antibacterial and deodorant insole, comprising (i) adding the needed polyether polyol A and polyether polyol B to obtain polyether polyol composite material, stirring and adding catalyst in the polyether polyol composite material, monofluoro-dichloroethane, hardening agent, hole-opening agent, rubber powder and non-hydrolysis type organosilicone oil surfactant, stirring uniformly to obtain the premix A; (ii) uniformly mixing the sterilizing and deodorizing micro-capsule and isocyanate to obtain the premix B; and (iii) adding the premix B into the premix A, stirring 20-25 seconds to the rate of 500 revolutions/second, then injecting into the mold, the mold temperature condition is 35-40degrees Celsius, the starting time is 35-50 seconds, creaming for 120-150 seconds, closing the mold, after the mold shaping for 30-45 minutes, taking out the molded insole, radiating for 24 hours to open the material to obtain agilawood antibacterial deodorant insole.
