NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene ink involves dispersing flaky graphite in ethanol solution of ethyl cellulose, ultrasonically-treating, centrifuging, mixing the centrifuged graphite dispersion solution with deionized water, again centrifuging, drying, dispersing the dried residue in ethanol solution, mixing the solution with sodium chloride solution, centrifuging, removing the supernatant, centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain a graphene-ethyl cellulose composite material, ultrasonically-mixing the composite material with a mixed solution of ethanol and terpineol, filtering, and removing ethanol. USE - Manufacture of graphene ink used for manufacturing graphene-based conductive material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene ink efficiently provides the graphene-based conductive material with excellent electroconductivity than the existing conductive material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of graphene ink involves dispersing flaky graphite in 2 %mass-ethanol solution of ethyl cellulose, ultrasonically-treating under ice-cooling conditions, centrifuging the graphite dispersion solution at rate of 10000 rpm for 15 minutes, mixing the centrifuged graphite dispersion solution with deionized water, again centrifuging at rate of 10000 rpm for 10 minutes, removing the supernatant, drying the residue at 60 degrees C, dispersing the dried residue in ethanol solution such that the concentration of the reaction solution is 10 mg/mL, mixing the reaction solution with 0.04 g/mL sodium chloride solution in a mass ratio of 16:9, centrifuging at rate of 12000 rpm for 15 minutes, removing the supernatant, centrifuging, washing the precipitate with deionized water, drying to obtain a graphene-ethyl cellulose composite material, ultrasonically-mixing the composite material with a mixed solution of ethanol and terpineol, filtering the mixture through a glass fiber filter, and removing ethanol by heating the separated solution on a heating table. The concentration of the graphite dispersion solution is 2n %mass, where n is 1-3. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene ink; and (2) manufacture of graphene-based conductive material, which involves cleaning a polyimide film as a substrate with acetone, surface-treating the polyimide film using a plasma cleaner, printing the substrate with the graphene ink using a printer, and performing hot-pressing treatment of the pattern printed on the substrate.
