NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film involves using methane, hydrogen and argon to prepare nanoscale graphene layer on substrate by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method to obtain nanoscale graphene-substrate. The polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is added dropwise on nanoscale graphene-substrate, spin-coated uniformly and reacted to obtain PDMS-nanoscale graphene-substrate. The PDMS-nanoscale graphene-substrate is etched to remove substrate. After cleaning and drying, PDMS-nanoscale graphene is obtained, which is graphene film. USE - Method for preparing graphene film used in stem cell proliferation, maintaining dry cell dry, in vitro amplification of stem cell, preparing culture system for maintaining dry cell dry and promoting stem cell differentiation, accelerating neural differentiation of stem cells, and improving proportion of stem cell to neuron, and inducing differentiation of stem cell nerve (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to have simple and efficient operation, good biocompatibility, accelerates differentiation speed, and improves proportion of adult stem cell to neuron. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. an electromagnetic induction inducing device, which comprises permanent magnet and rotary rod connected with permanent magnet, rotary rod passes through bottom surface of fixator rotating motor set in fixator, one end of rotating rod movably connected with permanent magnet, other end connected with rotating motor; and 2. a method for accelerating differentiation of neural stem cell to neuron stem cell based on radio signal generated by electromagnetic induction, which involves: a. coating laminin on film graphene, inoculating neural stem cell, adding nerve differentiation culture liquid to obtain culture system; and b. placing culture system in electromagnetic induction inducing device, inducing neural stem cell to perform nerve differentiation by electromagnetic induction generated by permanent magnet.
