NOVELTY - Insulated composite rope comprises a core layer (1) connected with a cladding layer (3) through a reinforcing member (2), where the cladding layer is made of high molecular weight cross-linked polyethylene material. The outer layer of the cladding layer is provided with an insulating layer (4). The outer layer of the insulating layer is sprayed with a coating layer, where the spraying thickness is 1-4 mm. The preparation method of the coating layer is as follows: adding graphene into butyl acetate solution, stirring for 10-20 minutes at speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute, adding aminosiloxane, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding modified wollastonite powder, and continuously stirring for 35-45 minutes to obtain a coating layer. USE - Used as insulating composite rope cable. ADVANTAGE - The insulating composite rope cable has more stable structure, improves electrical insulation of the product, removes electric ion, and improves insulating performance of product. The preparation method of the insulating layer is as follows: adding 100-140 pts. wt. methylphenyl silicone resin organic resin into the reaction kettle, heating to 210-270℃, reacting for 20-30 minutes, adding 10-40 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH560 (3-glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane), 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy soybean oil, 3-7 pts. wt. divinylbenzene, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes at speed of 150-200 revolutions/minute, adding 10-20 pts. wt. modified bentonite, cooling to 120-150℃, continuously reacting for 30-40 minutes, completing the reaction, washing with water, and drying to obtain an insulating layer.
