▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The pyrometer has a substrate which is coated with the film formed with compound including europium and graphene oxide. The fluorescence characteristic of the film is changed according to the temperature. The substrate is made from glass or the quartz. The compound is formed in the substrate with the deposition coating or the spin coating into the film. USE - Pyrometer for measuring temperature of blast furnace. ADVANTAGE - The surface temperature is simultaneously measured in simple and accurate manner. The minute temperature change is accurately measured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of pyrometer.
