▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The inorganic photoluminescent material is prepared from citric acid, boric acid and urea as raw materials and is comprised with 1-15 wt.% carbon element, 16-43 wt.% boron, 8-28 wt.% nitrogen and 21-45 wt.% oxygen element. The carbon element is a graded graphene sheet which is decomposed and reduced by citric acid. USE - Inorganic photoluminescent material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and easy to realize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of inorganic photoluminescent material, which involves preparing citric acid solution, boric acid and urea solution, placing citric acid solution in an air atmosphere, under 600-900 W microwave power for 3-10 minutes, to obtain graphene-containing reaction system, mixing graphene-containing reaction system with mixed solution of boric acid and urea, under 400-900 W microwave power conditions for 10-90 minutes, cooling at room temperature, grinding collected solid into powder to obtain inorganic photoluminescent material.
