NOVELTY - A fire-proof paint comprises 50-75 pts. wt. aqueous film-forming matrix, 8-15 pts. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotube, 0.3-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.9-1.5 pts. wt. modified nano hollow silica microsphere, 30-40 pts. wt. composite swelling-type flame retardant, 14-20 pts. wt. melamine, 12-18 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 0-9 pts. wt. potassium silicate, 6-12 pts. wt. bentonite, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and 40-60 pts. wt. water. USE - A fire-proof paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has high temperature resistance, prevents cracking and peeling, and prolongs service life of a component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the fire-proof paint, comprising: (A) adding aqueous film-forming matrix, multi-walled carbon nanotube, and graphene oxide in a reaction container, and ultrasonic dispersing; (B) adding modified nano hollow silica microsphere, and ultrasonic dispersing; and (C) adding composite swelling-type flame retardant, melamine, pentaerythritol, potassium silicate, bentonite, auxiliary agent, and water, uniformly stirring, sieving, and discharging.
