▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A lithium-sulfur secondary battery consists of a positive electrode comprising a sulfur-carbon composite containing a porous carbon material in which a catalyst point is introduced, and having a factor value (SC) of 0.45 or more, which is calculated using a specific relation (I), a negative electrode, a separator, and an electrolyte. USE - Lithium-sulfur secondary battery. Uses include but are not limited to power tool, electric vehicle, hybrid electric vehicle, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric golf cart, and power storage system. ADVANTAGE - The lithium-sulfur secondary battery has high energy density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium-sulfur secondary battery consists of a positive electrode comprising a sulfur-carbon composite containing a porous carbon material in which a catalyst point is introduced, and having a factor value (SC) of 0.45 or more, which is calculated using the relation: SC= alpha x (L/P) (I), where P is the porosity (%) of a positive electrode active material layer in the positive electrode, L is the mass of sulfur per unit area (mg/cm2) of the positive electrode active material layer, and alpha is 10 (constant), a negative electrode, a separator, and an electrolyte.
