NOVELTY - A graphene/metal phthalocyanine composite material is prepared by placing graphene into organic solvent; ultrasonic dispersing for 10-30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide suspension solution pool; adding precursor and metal salt to filtrate; fully mixing and adding water to the obtained graphite alkene suspending liquid and metal salt mixture; microwave reacting at 90-160 degrees C for 5-50 minutes; and refluxing, filtering, pouring anhydrous ethanol, vacuum drying at 40-100 degrees C for 6-30 hours to obtain black powdered product. USE - Microwave synthesis for preparing graphene/metal phthalocyanine composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, and fast and mild reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Microwave synthesis for preparing graphene/metal phthalocyanine composite material comprises placing graphene into organic solvent (10 mg graphene/ml solvent); ultrasonic dispersing for 10-30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide suspension solution pool; adding precursor and metal salt to filtrate at a mole ratio of 2-9:1; fully mixing, adding water to the obtained graphite alkene suspending liquid and metal salt mixture; microwave reacting at 90-160 degrees C for 5-50 minutes; and refluxing, filtering, pouring anhydrous ethanol, vacuum drying at 40-100 degrees C for 6-30 hours to obtain black powdered product, graphite/metal phthalocyanine composite material.
