NOVELTY - Doped modified honeycomb-graphene oxide highly efficient biofilm composite fiber carrier material comprises 6-8 pts. wt. honeycomb, 10-14 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. corn starch, 1-3 pts. wt. Arabic glue, 30-40 pts. wt. polypropylene, 1-2 pts. wt. epoxy soybean oil, 12-15 pts. wt. ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. sodium humate, composite silica sol (specific amount), and 20-30 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as doped modified honeycomb-graphene oxide highly efficient biofilm composite fiber carrier material. ADVANTAGE - The carrier material: utilizes graphene oxide for improving mechanical properties; enhances adsorption and degradation effect; accelerates microbial biofilm growth; has lightweight, large activated surface area, rich carbon, quick film forming effect, good fluidity; can easily agglomerate blockage; and improves water purification effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the doped modified honeycomb-graphene oxide highly efficient biofilm composite fiber carrier material, comprising (i) crushing the honeycomb stone into 50-100 meshes, adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium humate and water to make a solution, stirring uniformly, heating the mixed material to 50-60 degrees C, subjecting to ultrasonication under ultrasonic power of 60-100 W for 4-5 hours, filtering, washing with clean water for 2-3 times, and drying to obtain modified honeycomb powder, (ii) adding the other remaining materials other than composite silica sol to the modified honeycomb powder, mixing, placing into a twin-screw extruder, extruding at 220-230 degrees C, slicing, cooling, placing into a melt-blown nonwoven device for carrying out melt-blow spinning, and curing the resulting filaments to obtain composite fiber bundle having diameter of 1-2 mm, and (iii) soaking the resulting fiber bundle in the composite silica sol for 12-16 hours, taking out, cooling to room temperature, drying with hot air, rinsing for 1-2 times, drying, and completely remove moisture.
