▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flame-retardant modified material for polystyrene insulation boards comprises acrylic emulsion modified polystyrene, flame retardant, filler, lubricant, and antioxidant. The preparation of acrylic emulsion modified polystyrene comprises (i) placing polystyrene particles into a coating machine and injecting acrylic acid emulsion at the same time after 8 minutes to obtain acrylic-polystyrene particles; and (ii) placing acrylic acid-polystyrene particles, styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, and toughening agent into a high-speed mixer, mixing, extruding and granulating through a twin-screw extruder. USE - The flame-retardant modified material is useful for preparing polystyrene insulation board. ADVANTAGE - The material improves polystyrene strength is not high, has long prepared insulating plate curing time, improves molecular fire retardant in polystyrene in space structure, which not only can improve flame-retardant effect, reduces generation of black smoke, improves strength of the polystyrene; has improved flame retardant effect, reduces generation of black smoke, and unexpectedly improves strength of polystyrene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the flame-retardant modified material for polystyrene insulation board, comprising (i) adding fire retardant filler, lubricant, antioxidant into a stirring kettle and stirring uniformly to obtain mixed material 1; (ii) adding acrylic emulsion modified polystyrene in the mixed material 1 to obtain mixture 2, heating the mixture 2 to 180-230°C, reducing the temperature to 100-130°C, transferring into an extruder, extruding and forming.
