NOVELTY - Heat-proof plate core A2 material comprises core material (1). The surface of the core material is a corrugated surface (2). The core material comprises 80-95 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 100-120 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 70-80 pts. wt. silicon powder, 50-60 pts. wt. bauxite, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. perlite, 50-60 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. barite powder, 5-15 pts. wt. polypropylene short fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. glass fiber, 50-65 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 60-80 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 10-20 pts. wt. zinc molybdate 130-145 pts. wt. acrylic acid latex and 10-15 pts. wt. high-strength powder. The high-strength powder comprises 40-50 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. boron nitride, 10-15 pts. wt. cobalt, 2-5 pts. wt. ethylene-tetrafluoroethene copolymer, 1-5 pts. wt. zirconium silicide and 0.5-1 pts. wt. paraffin powder. USE - Used as heat-proof plate core A2 material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves peel strength of core material and has flame retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing heat-proof plate core A2 material, comprising (i) taking core material, placing into a mixer, mixing, injecting materials into the mold and drying, where the water content in the raw material is controlled to not less than 0.5%, and flattening the surface; (ii) placing the mold in a press for extrusion molding, withdrawing the press-formed core material from the mold, where the core material is obtained by coating a surface of the core material with a nonwoven fabric, and the surface of the core material which is a corrugated surface.
