NOVELTY - A graphene/aluminum composite material is prepared by adding graphene to sensitizing and activation solution, magnetically stirring, washing by water, filtering, adding hydrochloric acid solution, defoaming, washing by water, filtering, adding to chemical nickel plating solution, ultrasonically processing, filtering, washing, drying, mixing with aluminum or aluminum alloy powder, ball milling, mixing, maintaining pressure, and heat extruding. USE - Method for preparing graphene/aluminum composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/aluminum composite material is prepared by adding 6-10 g/L graphene to sensitizing and activation solution at 20-30 degrees C, magnetically stirring for 6-10 minutes at speed of 40-60 revolutions/minute (rpm), washing by water, filtering to obtain sensitized activated graphene, adding to 5-6% hydrochloric acid solution at 40-45 degrees C, defoaming for 0.5-2.5 minutes, washing by water, filtering, adding 6-10 g/L product to chemical nickel plating solution, ultrasonically processing for 60-80 minutes, filtering, washing, drying to obtain nickel plated graphite, mixing with 100-500 mesh aluminum or aluminum alloy powder, putting into ball milling tank, ball milling under nitrogen or argon protective gas, mixing, maintaining pressure for 5-15 minutes to obtain blank, and heat extruding for 5-15 minutes. Plating is done by keeping temperature at 25-45 degrees C and adjusting pH value with sodium hydroxide to 8-10. The chemical plating nickel solution comprises 0.15-0.19 mol/L nickel(II) chloride, 0.06-0.09 mol/L nickel(II) sulfate, 0.055-0.075 mol/L disodium citrate, 0.6-1 mol/L sodium hypophosphite, 2-2.5 mol/L ammonium chloride and 8.0-12asterisk10-3 mol/L palladium(II) nitrate.
