NOVELTY - A graphene three-dimensional solid is prepared by mixing graphene oxide with water, and stirring or ultrasonically dispersing for forming graphene oxide solution (1-10 mg/mL); adding into alkaline solution so that pH value of solution is 8-13; pouring solution into hydrothermal reaction kettle, and placing reaction kettle in drying box; raising temperature to 100-400 degrees C for reacting, and continuing for 3-48 hours, cooling, taking out and drying for preparing graphene three-dimensional solid. USE - Method for preparing graphene three-dimensional solid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is convenient in operation, simple and easy in carrying out. The prepared graphene solid is smooth in surface, large in density and good in electrical conductivity.
