NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-chitosan porous composite material includes ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding hydrazine hydrate solution and aqueous ammonia, and mixing to obtain graphene oxide mixture; heating through water bath, cooling, adding potassium chloride, filtering, and washing precipitate with water twice to obtain graphene; and ultrasonically re-dispersing in chitosan solution, putting into liquid nitrogen, freezing, and vacuum freeze-drying. USE - Method for preparation of graphene-chitosan porous composite material used for manufacturing electrode material and enzyme-modified electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economic, and has controllable mass production and flexible structure and properties of composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-chitosan porous composite material comprises: (A) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain 0.25 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion, adding 60-80 wt.% hydrazine hydrate solution and 20-25 wt.% aqueous ammonia, and mixing to obtain graphene oxide mixture; (B) heating through water bath at 85-95 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling, adding 1 g potassium chloride/200 mL dispersion, filtering, and washing precipitate with water twice to obtain graphene; (C) ultrasonically re-dispersing in 1 wt.% chitosan solution to obtain 25-2.5 mg/mL graphene-chitosan dispersion; and (D) putting into liquid nitrogen, freezing for 20-40 seconds, and vacuum freeze-drying for 48 hours. The ammonia, hydrazine hydrate and graphene oxide dispersion has volume ratio of 0.05-0.10:1-2:400. The chitosan solution is prepared by adding chitosan into 0.6 wt.% acetic acid solution, and stirring. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for (1) manufacture of electrode material comprising dispersing graphene-chitosan porous composite material in phosphate buffer solution having pH of 7 to obtain 10 mg/mL dispersion solution, taking 6 mu L dispersion solution, coating into glassy carbon electrode, and drying; and (2) manufacture of enzyme-modified electrode material comprising dispersing graphene-chitosan porous composite material in phosphate buffer solution having pH of 7 to obtain 10 mg/mL dispersion solution, diluting with 4 times 10 mg/mL glucose oxidase solution, taking 5 mu L solution, coating into glassy carbon electrode, and drying.
