NOVELTY - Synthesizing functionalized graphene-polyurethane composite microsphere comprises adding liquid paraffin and polyvinyl pyrrolidone into a reaction bottle, adding functionalized graphene and uniformly dispersing to prepare an oil phase; adding isocyanate trimer, polyethylene glycol, triethylene tetramine, silicone oil and dibutyltin dilaurate to deionized water, uniformly stirring to prepare aqueous phase; dropping the aqueous phase into the oil phase, performing reverse suspension polymerization reaction for 1-3 hours to obtain functionalized graphene-polyurethane composite microsphere. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing functionalized graphene-polyurethane composite microsphere. ADVANTAGE - The microsphere has unique microporous structure with space structure with larger specific surface area, good adsorption effect on phenol pollutant, and contains the carboxy and quaternary ammonium salt with good hydrogen bond force and electrostatic adsorption effect to methyl orange.
