NOVELTY - Graphene-enhanced-titanium alloy drill comprises 3.0-5.0 wt.% iron, 3.0-5.0 wt.% aluminum, 0.02-0.05 wt.% graphene, and rest is titanium and unavoidable impurities, which is made of titanium alloy. USE - Graphene-enhanced-titanium alloy drill. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-enhanced-titanium alloy drill improves comprehensive performance of product, production efficiency and yield, and adopts flexible extrusion production process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-enhanced-titanium alloy drill, which involves: (A) adding pure iron, pure aluminum, titanium and graphene suspension by vacuum fusion casting method and smelting to obtain tube blank; (B) heating tube blank for homogenizing annealing; and (C) heating tube blank after extruder for extrusion and pre-stretching deformation.
