NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene electro-conductive polyester resin comprises neopentyl glycol, cyclohexane diol, trimethylolpropane, isophthalic acid, refined adipic acid and graphene xylene. USE - Used as aqueous graphene electro-conductive polyester resin. ADVANTAGE - The resin has uniform dispersion, improved conductivity and solves problems of conventional coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyester resin, comprising (i) inspecting the cleanliness of the reactor before production, sealing reactor attachments, carrying out inspection of transmission device operating condition and an oil water separator vent operating condition and inspecting raw materials, (ii) dissolving the inspected materials, adding into reactor, sealing and thawing by raising the temperature to 130-140 degrees C for 2-4 hours, (iii) passing carbon dioxide and condensed water into the reactor and stirring, where the pressure of carbon dioxide is 0.04-0.06 MPa, (iv) heating esterification reaction kettle, rising the temperature and incubating the material for esterification, (v) increasing the temperature to 210 degrees C at the speed of 10 degrees C/hour, incubating for 1-3 hours until the color becomes transparent, (vi) measuring acid value for every 0.5 hours the acid value is measured when the acid value is less than 10 mg potassium hydroxide/g, measuring acid value once every 15 minutes when the acid value is less than 4-6 mg potassium hydroxide/g, stopping heating, adding trimellitic anhydride when the temperature drops to 170 degrees C, incubating at the temperature of 170-175 degrees C until the acid value reaches 42-45 mg potassium hydroxide/g, stopping heating and cooling with water, and (vii) stopping addition of carbon dioxide while cooling, adding 15.6-16 kg ethylene glycol butyl ether, adding 9-10 kg propylene glycol methyl ether when the temperature drops to 120 degrees C, cooling to 100-110 degrees C, filtering and packaging to obtain product.
