NOVELTY - Graphene-modified epoxy resin antistatic coating comprises 90-99 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. urea formaldehyde resin, 5-9 pts. wt. hexamethyldisiloxane, 5-9 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol butyl ether, 4-6 pts. wt. nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 5-12 pts. wt. graphene, 7-10 pts. wt. polysulfone resin, 5-8 pts. wt. glacial acetic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid, 10-15 pts. wt. alkyl glucoside, and 4-9 pts. wt. cumene hydroperoxide. USE - Graphene-modified epoxy resin antistatic coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is environment-friendly and convenient to prepare; prevents static electricity; has strong weather resistance, protective effect and long service life; and forms hard coating film having smooth surface and good wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
