▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a length and a width of a graphene/graphite heat conducting module. The material of each stack of the heat conducting module is obtained. A thickness of components of the stack of graphene/graphite heat conducting module is detected. A heat conductivity parameter is determined based on the material and thickness of each component of each stack. A parameter vector of the graphene/graphite heat conducting module is constructed by a number value and the thickness according to the stacking order of the components of each stack. USE - Method for detecting heat conductivity of a graphene/graphite heat conducting module. ADVANTAGE - The method enables determining the heat conducting performance parameter of the graphene/graphite heat conducting module based on the material and thickness of the components of the stack of the module, thus providing a basis for online detection in an efficient manner.
