NOVELTY - Hydrophobic meltblown cloth comprises a polypropylene meltblown layer (1). The top of the polypropylene meltblown layer is coated with a hydrophobic coating (2). A number of rolling grooves (3) are opened on the top of the hydrophobic coating. The rolling grooves are arranged crosswise in a grid shape. The gaps between the rolling grooves are fixed with fluff fibers (4). The bottoms of the multiple fluff fibers are all fixedly connected to the top of the polypropylene meltblown layer. The graphene particles (5) are dispersed and adhered in the fibers of the polypropylene meltblown layer. USE - Hydrophobic meltblown cloth. ADVANTAGE - The hydrophobic meltblown cloth has good waterproof ability, and has better absorbing and filtering effect to the dust and other pollutants. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a hydrophobic meltblown cloth, which involves: (A) spraying the molten polypropylene raw material onto the melt blown cloth conveyor belt through the melt spray head; (B) forming the polypropylene melt blown layer, spraying the graphene particles on the top of the polypropylene melt blown layer through the graphene spray device before the polypropylene melt blown layer is completely solidified; (C) passing the air to the polypropylene melt blown layer for cooling through the cooling mechanism, so that it can be rapidly cooled; (D) spraying the hydrophobic coating on the top of the cooled and shaped polypropylene meltblown layer through the hydrophobic layer coating nozzle; (E) forming a hydrophobic coating on the top of the polypropylene meltblown layer; (F) opening a rolling groove on the top of the polypropylene meltblown layer with a hydrophobic coating through a rolling mechanism and pull out the fluff fibers; (G) performing electrostatic generation treatment on the surface of the polypropylene meltblown layer through the electrostatic treatment mechanism; and (H) rewinding the melt blown cloth prepared by the winding mechanism.
