NOVELTY - Preparing graphite alkyne separation membrane in-situ, involves (a) preparing a regular distributed non-groove on a surface of a flat metal substrate, (b) coating a protective layer on the surface, (c) preparing the graphite film on the other surface of the metal substrate by liquid-phase synthesis method, (d) coating porous polymer as a supporting layer, (e) removing the protective layer, and (f) forming a through hole in the original non-graphene film to obtain a graphite-alkyne film. USE - The method for in-situ preparing graphite alkyne separation membrane used in technical field of membrane separation and in graphdiyne, graphene oxide, graphene oxene, MXene, MoS2 and other two-dimensional material. ADVANTAGE - The graphite alkyne separation film prepared by the method can effectively protect the ultra-thin graphite Alkyne film, avoids the problem of transferring the two-dimensional film, effectively avoids the defect caused by the transfer process of the graphite ALK separation film, and improves the separation performance of the AlK film. The method is relatively simple, is convenient to operate, and is suitable for popularization and application.
