▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing titanium carbide/aza graphene hydrogel photoelectric conversion material comprises (i) preparing titanium carbide; (ii) preparing the graphite oxide suspension for use, taking titanium carbide obtained in the step (i) into the centrifuge tube, removing a predetermined volume of the graphite oxide solution and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to remove the precipitate; (iii) adding arginine into the solution obtained in the step (ii) and carrying out ultrasonic treatment continuosly; and (iv) transferring solution obtained above into a glass bottle for reaction, reacting and washing with pure water, where the amount of the titanium aluminum carbide powder is 2-10 g, concentration of the graphite oxide is 1.5-3 mg/ml, mass ratio of the amount of titanium carbide and graphite oxide is 5-20:1 and using amount of arginine is from 100-300 mg. USE - The titanium carbide/aza graphene hydrogel photoelectric conversion material is useful for lithium ion batteries, fuel cells and solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes mild preparation conditions; is simple and economical; and has controllable process; and produces material with large specific surface area, good electrical conductivity and photoelectric conversion performance.
