NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based pleated film with anti-icing and sensing properties comprises e.g. (i) transferring the reduced graphene oxide film into biaxially stretched acrylic substrate film using dry transfer, then releasing the substrate film and retracting the substrate film to the original size to obtain reduced graphene oxide pleated film, (ii) adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide into ammonia and water mixture, stirring to obtain mixed solution, adding reduced graphene oxide pleated film obtained in step (i) into mixed solution, stirring, adding ethyl orthosilicate, stirring, ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum drying to obtain silicon dioxide/reduced graphene oxide micro-nano graded fold film, and (iii) fixing silicon dioxide/reduced graphene oxide micro-nano graded crease film obtained in step (ii) on homogenizer, adding poly(dimethylsiloxane) diluted with n-hexane into film, carrying out homogenizing treatment, drying and carrying out solvent removal treatment and curing treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based pleated film with anti-icing and sensing properties. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based pleated film: have excellent low-temperature water-repellent properties; and realizes real-time anti-icing/deicing of superhydrophobic materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based pleated film with anti-icing and sensing properties comprises (i) transferring the reduced graphene oxide (rGO) film into biaxially stretched acrylic substrate film using dry transfer and then orderly releasing the substrate film in four directions according to the clockwise direction and then retracting the substrate film to the original size to obtain reduced graphene oxide pleated film, (ii) adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide into ammonia and water mixture, stirring in an oil bath at 35-45 degrees C until mixed evenly to obtain mixed solution, then adding reduced graphene oxide pleated film obtained in step (i) into mixed solution and magnetically stirring for 4-6 hours, adding ethyl orthosilicate, continuously magnetic stirring for 11-13 hours, taking out, ultrasonic cleaning, and then vacuum drying to obtain silicon dioxide/reduced graphene oxide (SiO2/rGO) micro-nano graded fold film, the ammonia and water mixture is formed by mixing deionized water, anhydrous ethanol and aqueous ammonia, and (iii) fixing the silicon dioxide/reduced graphene oxide micro-nano graded crease film obtained in step (ii) on the homogenizer, adding poly(dimethylsiloxane) diluted with n-hexane into film, carrying out homogenizing treatment, drying and carrying out solvent removal treatment and curing treatment to obtain graphene-based pleated film with anti-icing and sensing properties.
