NOVELTY - The method involves pre-processing a bonding surface of a to-be-joined heterogeneous material, and exposing the material of the bonding surface. A micro-structure array is prepared to etch the exposed joint surface, and nano-grade micro-pores are formed on the surface of the pattern. A middle layer plating layer is replaced to obtain a composite plating layer. An electrochemical catalytic splitting carbon source medium bonding is adopted by electroforming reaction. A metal ion is formed on the composite plating layer on the surface of a workpiece. The catalytic electrolytic metal complex solution comprises tin dioxide and glycine, cysteine, arginine or serine. USE - Used as chemical strengthening and bonding method for endoscope structure. ADVANTAGE - The method enables continuously catalytically disintegrating and splitting and strengthening bonding of the endoscope structure.
