NOVELTY - The global visual system comprises a mobile application or App, the App downloads on smartphones (6) and is configured to connect with the geo-location modules, and communication modules and process data received in the modules. A luminous device typical of smartphones either through its screen, flashes (1), or through external luminous devices are connected to the smartphones in that the mobile application uses the technology of mobile telephone networks and the internet. A luminous device is configured to process and run and turn the light fixtures on and off based on the data of the geo-location modules of each smartphone and that is sent by the telematic network. USE - Global visual system controlled and processed by smartphones that are carried by people who attend mass events such as sporting events, concerts, political or religious events in outdoor places, as well as in closed rooms. ADVANTAGE - Global visual system can be attached, such as larger flashes, rigid visual screens, or flexible graphene, that is carried by people who attend mass events, in their hands, bodies, and being able to be fixed to their clothes or inserted in accessories.
