▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing three-dimensional carbon structure carrier comprises (i) preparing 1-10 pts. wt. zero-dimension carbon material, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. one-dimensional carbon material, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. two-dimensional carbon material, 1-20 pts. wt. nitric acid solution, 5-20 pts. wt. platinum source, 5-20 pts. wt. copper source, 500-800 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 50-100 pts. wt. water, (ii) mixing the copper precursor solution, ethylene glycol, and deionized water uniformly, adding platinum precursor solution and glycine and polyvinylpyrrolidone, and stirring uniformly, (iii) adding carbon structure powder and stirring uniformly for 5-12 hours, (iv) filtering the solution, washing the mixture with water, vacuum drying, and grinding the obtained powder and performing annealing and plasma processing USE - Preparing platinum-copper alloy catalyst loaded with three-dimensional carbon structure (claimed), used in proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has low cost, high activity and high stability to realize mass production, combines the zero-dimensional, one-dimensional and two-dimensional nano-carbon material, preparing the composite carbon material with three-dimensional structure, using simple thermal reduction and subsequent plasma treatment. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating the plasma processing.
