The second foaming layer is included with the second foaming hole. A portion of the second foaming hole is connected with the first foaming hole. The hole diameter of the second foaming hole is measured between 0.5-50 μm. The aperture of the second foaming hole is greater than the aperture of the first foaming hole. The nanometre filler is included with silicon dioxide, carbon black, clay, carbon nanometer tube, calcium carbonate, cellulose, montmorillonite, aluminum oxide, graphene, graphene oxide, talcum powder and mica powder. USE - Shell for use in a sound-producing device e.g. a speaker module, of electronic device (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to mobile phone, a notebook computer, a flat computer, a virtual reality device, augmented reality device, true wireless Bluetooth (wireless data communications protocol) earphone, intelligent sound box. ADVANTAGE - The shell satisfies light weight, reliability and sound absorbing requirement, when used for the sound cavity, thus realizing the effect of providing virtual sound cavity and improving the acoustic performance. The micro-foaming shell has three-layer structure, where the skin layer is compact structure, which can effectively block the liquid, gas, dust through the waterproof, anti-ventilation, dust-proof requirement of the shell.
