NOVELTY - A graphene oxide modified polyurethane flame retardant glass glue comprises 15-30 pts. wt., preferably 22 pts. wt. 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 25-40 pts. wt., preferably 31 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 0.2-1 pt. wt., preferably 0.6 pts. wt. 1,4-butanediol, 10-30 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. carbon black, 10-32 pts. wt., preferably 20 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 2-10 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. didecyl phthalate, 0.8-2.0 pts. wt., preferably 1 pt. wt. water absorbent (A), 0.8-2.0 pts. wt., preferably 1 pt. wt. water absorbent (B), 0.05-2 pts. wt., preferably stannous octoate, 6-10 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 0.15-0.3 pt. wt., preferably 0.2 pt. wt. benzoyl chloride, 0.2-1 pt. wt., preferably 0.8 pt. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.8 pt. wt., preferably 0.6 pt. wt. antioxidant, 3-6 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. PTFE micropowder wax and 3-6 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Graphene oxide modified polyurethane flame retardant glass glue. ADVANTAGE - The addition of graphene oxide, PTFE micropowder wax, antioxidants, improves the flame retardant, abrasion resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, weather resistance, mechanical strength and other properties of the polyurethane glass glue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of a graphene oxide modified polyurethane flame-retardant glass glue, which involves S1, drying and dehydrating the raw materials, S2, (1) putting the polyether polyol into the vacuum double planetary mixer, and carrying out the dehydration treatment by heating and vacuuming, (2) replacing the vacuum with nitrogen by vacuum double planetary mixer, adding benzoyl chloride, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, stannous octoate, 1,4-butanediol, silane coupling agent, and dry polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder wax and graphene oxide to the mixer and reacting, S3, adding didecyl phthalate, water absorbent (A), water absorbent (B), antioxidant, carbon black, calcium carbonate, in the vacuum double planetary mixer containing prepolymer, controlling the material temperature at 70-80 degrees C, stirring speed at 30-60 rpm, maintaining the vacuum degree less than -0.1 MPa, carrying out stirring for 30 minutes, and carrying out the packaging under nitrogen atmosphere.
