▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The detector has a laminated layer structure whose upper to bottom surface is stacked with a metal layer medium, multiple graphene layer medium and a graphene layer structure in a vertical direction, where the graphene layer medium and the graphene layer structure are adopted with a grid strip block and a strip block circle array in a horizontal direction. Bias voltage is applied to the graphene layer structure for determining a refractive index change rate of graphite to regulate and control dynamic space reflecting rate of each graphene layer medium. USE - Super material structure based graphene light detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector realizes super bandwidth absorbing process.
