NOVELTY - The system has a cold water storage tank (1) whose output end is connected with an input end of a photo-thermal conversion and heat storage device (6). The photo-thermal conversion and heat storage device is used for absorbing solar energy and converting into heat energy and storing the heat energy by sensible heat and latent heat by composite phase change material and performing heat exchange with cold water input by the cold water storage tank. An input end of a hot water storage tank (10) is connected with an output end of the photo-thermal conversion and heat storage device. A device main body is provided with a heat insulating layer. A shaped composite phase change material body is made of a base material and a pure phase change material. USE - Solar photo-thermal conversion and heat storage system based on composite phase change material for solar thermal power generation field, solar water heater, solar distillation drying, etc. ADVANTAGE - The solar photo-thermal conversion and heat storage system uses the latent heat and sensible heat accumulation, which increases heat accumulation density, heat accumulation time, and the stored heat can be used in the absence of solar illumination.
