NOVELTY - A flexible polyurethane foam is obtained using a composition comprising a polyol, isocyanate, a foaming agent, a catalyst, and graphene as an additive. USE - Flexible polyurethane foam is used for garment and bedding (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to pillow, mattress, floor seat cushion, pad for legless chair, pad for brassiere, cushion for vehicle seat, etc. ADVANTAGE - The flexible polyurethane foam has improved thermal conductivity by use of graphene, which prevents heat containment by body heat when in contact with body or when used near the body, and does not cause sultriness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of flexible polyurethane foam, which involves foaming the composition.
