▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fabricating a graphene ribbon comprises (a) preparing a graphene helix carbon structure which is formed by spiral growth of a unit graphene, and (b) applying energy to the graphene helix carbon structure to obtain the graphene ribbon. USE - The method is useful for fabricating a graphene ribbon (claimed) which is used in next-generation electronic device including FET, a bio-sensor or a gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method fabricates the graphene ribbon with better physical properties and wide surface in a simple manner and in a large or greater quantity.
