NOVELTY - Cold spray zinc coating, comprises 1-5 wt.% modified graphene, 5-30 wt.% water-based fluorocarbon resin, 1-2 wt.% co-solvent, 40-70 wt.% zinc powder, 1-5 wt.% thickener and 0.5-2 wt.% dispersant, 0.3-2 wt.% film-forming auxiliary material, 1.5-5 wt.% auxiliary materials and water (remaining amount). USE - The modified graphene cold spray zinc coating is useful for anticorrosion of offshore wind power equipment, anticorrosion of external walls of onshore buildings or steel structures on land (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes water-based fluorocarbon resin as a base resin, which has good adhesion and excellent weather resistance, improves the binding ability of water-based fluorocarbon resin, enhances mechanical properties and electrochemical protection of the coating film; increases the suspension of zinc powder in the coating and mechanical strength of the coating.
