NOVELTY - Micro-patterning of reduced graphene oxide involves patterning a predetermined electrode structure by forming a negative mold on a substrate, coating a reduced graphene oxide suspension on the substrate on which negative mold is formed, and removing the negative mold. USE - Micro-patterning of reduced graphene oxide in manufacture of electrode (claimed) used for biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effective and quick micro-patterning of reduced graphene oxide, and provides pattern having high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of electrode, which involves forming a catalyst electrode by depositing electrode on reduced graphene oxide pattern.
