NOVELTY - A rubber sealing ring formulation comprises 20-40 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 80-120 pts. wt. polyphenyl ether, 30-60 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 20-50 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride polyester polyalcohol, 10-30 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, 6-12 pts. wt. modified silicon oxide graphene, 2-8 pts. wt. talc powder, 2-6 pts. wt. aluminum stearate, 4-8 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 2-5 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 1-6 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-8 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. diantimony trioxide, 2-6 pts. wt. triallyl isocyanurate, 3-9 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 2-6 pts. wt. quartz powder, 1-4 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. pentaerythritol stearate and 3-6 pts. wt. diphenylsilanediol. USE - Rubber sealing ring formulation. ADVANTAGE - The formulation improves mechanical property.
