▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-zinc-based oxide composite material comprises reduced graphene oxide and zinc oxide-zinc ferrite nanoparticles grown on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide, where the distance between two adjacent zinc oxide-zinc ferrite nanoparticles is 2-92 nm. USE - The material is useful in a lithium ion battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent cycle performance and rate performance, and improved conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the material involving mixing graphene oxide and an organic solvent to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, mixing the graphene oxide dispersion, zinc source, iron source, and organic ligand to carry out a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a composite material precursor, and calcining the composite material precursor to obtain the product.
