NOVELTY - The device has a graphene oxide film layer provided with a resistance value. A fixed resistor and the graphene oxide film layer are connected to a power supply. The power supply provides voltage to the graphene oxide film layer and the fixed resistor. A voltage detector detects a voltage value of a connection of the graphene oxide film layer and the fixed resistor. A processor generates a shutdown signal when the voltage detector measures the change of the voltage value. A power supply management chip responds to the shutdown signal and closing the power supply. USE - Waterproof function featured electronic device i.e. smart phone (from drawings).
