▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene preparation involves obtaining carbon material, rolling the carbon material to form a graphite granule with dispersed structure and relatively pulverized structure, and then subjecting to high temperature oxidation at 600 degrees C or higher to form graphite oxide particles. The obtained graphite oxide particles are put into the graphene preparation system, where the graphene preparation system is turned on to perform microwave irradiation and tremor on the graphite oxide particles to form the desired graphene. The graphene preparation system comprises a cavity, a feed funnel, a microwave generator, a placement frame, a support spring, an oscillating unit, and a draft. The feed funnel is connected to the cavity, where the microwave generator is located on the inner wall of the cavity. The placement frame is located in the middle of the cavity, where the placement frame is provided with a leakage hole for the leakage of the graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner without deformation and warpage of the stripped graphene to continue to heat up, and improved efficiency and quality of graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic flowchart of the method for preparing graphene. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
