NOVELTY - Preparation method of fullerene conductive fiber comprises (a) adjusting the proportion of fullerenes in different carbon cages by adjusting the pressure intensity of the fullerenes, which is not incompletely combusted by carbon black of benzene and toluene under the action of oxygen, (b) preparing three-dimensional carbon nano material-fullerene by acidifying and modifying the fullerene material, dispersing the acidified and modified three-dimensional carbon nanomaterial fullerene in deionized water evenly, entering the coagulation bath through the spinneret hole and using wet spinning technology to obtain fullerene nanofibers and (c) preparing regenerated silk fibroin solution using natural silk as raw material, dispersing three-dimensional carbon nanomaterials in the silk protein solution, preparing nano-carbon silk protein composite fibers by wet spinning and using the obtained biomass fibers as the basis for blending fibers, yarns and fabrics. USE - The method is useful for preparing fullerene conductive fiber used for preparing fullerene conductive silk fabric by blending fullerene conductive fiber and silk fabric for improving antistatic, antibacterial, anti-wrinkle and anti-UV properties (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares fullerene conductive fiber, which has good electrical conductivity, good antioxidant performance, is low cost, and adapts to special application scenarios, making fabrics containing fullerenes have great application potential in silk fabrics, and endows the silk fabric with great application potential and UV protection function. The method of the three-dimensional carbon nano material-fullerene is simple and low cost, obtains different kinds of functional group by chemical modification, and ensures better performance than that of the graphene.
