▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene quantum dot L-cysteine and nano-gold concentration detecting method involves preparing test solution containing graphene quantum dots and nano-gold, establishing linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of the test solution with a concentration of L- cysteine, followed by detecting fluorescence intensity of the test solution to be tested according to two steps of establishing linear relation, and determining L- cysteine in the test solution. USE - Method for detecting graphene quantum dot L-cysteine and nano-gold concentration. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting graphene quantum dot L-cysteine and nano-gold concentration with improved recovery rate of graphene quantum dot fluorescence and high sensitivity, and low detection limit, in a simple, rapid and convenient manner.
