NOVELTY - Device comprises an oxidation reaction kettle, a collecting kettle, a stirrer and first shearing emulsifying head. The oxidation reaction kettle is placed in the collecting kettle. The side wall of the oxidation reaction kettle is provided with a hole. The diameter of the hole is 10-30 mu m. The periphery of the hole is provided with a multiple of baffle plates with an included angle of 10-30 degree with the horizontal direction. The stirrer extends into the center of the oxidation reaction kettle from the top. The first cutting emulsifying head is inserted into the oxidation reaction kettle from the bottom of the collecting kettle. The bottom of the collecting kettle is provided with a discharging valve. USE - The device is useful for preparing uniform size graphene oxide by one-step method. ADVANTAGE - The device: solves problem that the existing production technology to obtain graphene oxide distribution is wide; and has obvious practical value.
