NOVELTY - The device has an aluminum alloy material platform (1) whose lower surface is provided with a heat- conducting silicone grease layer (3). A heat dissipation system is connected with a hot end of a refrigeration piece (2). A pulse width modulation (PWM) controller (8) is connected with a direct current power source (9) that is connected with the refrigeration piece. A thermocouple (4) is connected with the aluminum alloy material platform. A single chip (6) adjusts pulse width duty ratio of the PWM controller to realize adjusting of direct current conveying power of the power supply. USE - Rapid three dimensional (3D) printer graphene slurry freezing device. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes graphene slurry freezing process to different components on platform and increases cooling speed and control precision.
