NOVELTY - Conductive fiber, comprises a leather layer and a core layer, The component of the leather layer is a non-conductive thermoplastic high molecular polymer. The component of core layer is a mixture of carbon black material or graphene oxide material or graphene oxide and other conductive fillers. The core layer is deviated from the center of a skin layer. The outer surface of the skin layer is formed with a near-core region, a far-core region, and a transition region between the near-core region and the far-core region. The near-core region is formed into a sticky state by physicochemical treatment and is coated with a metal coating. USE - Used as conductive fiber. ADVANTAGE - The conductive fiber has excellent conductivity and anisotropy, makes up for the defects of high cost and poor cohesion of metal fibers, and ordinary conductive fibers, which is convenient for manufacturing and processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for conductive layer coating method of conductive fiber, comprising (a)preparing core layer spinning solution and skin layer spinning solution, passing the obtained core layer spinning solution and skin layer spinning solution through their corresponding pipes respectively, and conducting conductive spinning to obtain conductive fibers; (b) heating the core layer in the conductive fiber by electromagnetic induction heating at 20-50degrees Celsius, so that the near-core region becomes a sticky state; (c) placing the processed conductive fibers in metal ion solution or silver-containing solution, copper-containing solution and nickel-containing solution for chemical deposition, where chemical deposition adopts the ultrasonic treatment that ultrasonic power is 5-50 W/l; and (d) repeating step (b) and step (c) many times in turn, depositing for 30-60 minutes, and performing heat treatment.
