NOVELTY - Aqueous environment-friendly coating comprises aqueous polyurethane emulsion, reinforced resin compound, self-repairing micro-capsule, curing micro-capsule, antifoaming agent, and water, where the reinforced resin compound is prepared by adding phosphorus oxychloride into reaction kettle, stirring and adding benzyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and molten phenol, after reacting, adding p-hydroxybenzoic acid, continuously reacting to obtain intermediate 1, adding pyrogallol, sodium carbonate, tetrahydrofuran, intermediate 3, dibromoethane into the reaction kettle, after reacting, continuously reacting with epoxy chloropropane to obtain intermediate 4, triphenylphosphine, gallic acid, adding tetrahydrofuran into reaction kettle, after performing reflux reaction, adding graphene oxide, continuously refluxing, adding self-repairing and 1-hydroxy benzotriazole, reacting, filtering to remove filtrate, drying filter cake, and reinforcing resin compound. USE - Used as aqueous environment-friendly coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has good impact strength in the presence of graphene, improved impact strength, when the coating is damaged by external force, self-repairing microcapsule and curing micro-capsule breakage, can extrude large-aperture mesoporous silicon dioxide with external force to release styrene, solidify microcapsule to release dibenzoyl peroxide; adds styrene contact dibenzoyl peroxide to generate self-polymerization reaction, repairs scratch on surface of coating film and ensure the coating film can be used normally. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous environment-friendly coating comprises 80-100 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 15-30 pts. wt. reinforced resin compound, 10-15 pts. wt. self-repairing micro-capsule, 10-15 pts. wt. curing micro-capsule, 0.5-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 30-50 pts. wt. water, where the reinforced resin compound is prepared by (a) preparing the reinforced resin compound by (a1) adding phosphorus oxychloride into reaction kettle, stirring and adding benzyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and molten phenol, after reacting, adding p-hydroxybenzoic acid, continuously reacting to obtain intermediate 1, (a2) adding epoxy resin E-44 into the reaction kettle, stirring and adding polyethylene glycol 4000, adding potassium persulfate, reacting to obtain the intermediate 2, adding the intermediate 2 and de-ionized water into the reaction kettle, stirring and adding intermediate 1 and triphenylphosphine, refluxing and reacting to obtain intermediate 3, (a3) adding pyrogallol, sodium carbonate, tetrahydrofuran, intermediate 3, dibromoethane into the reaction kettle, after reacting, continuously reacting with epoxy chloropropane to obtain intermediate 4, triphenylphosphine, gallic acid, adding tetrahydrofuran into reaction kettle, after performing reflux reaction, adding graphene oxide, continuously refluxing, adding self-repairing and 1-hydroxy benzotriazole, after reacting, filtering to remove the filtrate, drying filter cake, and reinforcing resin compound. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the aqueous environmentally-friendly coating, comprising (i) adding aqueous polyurethane emulsion, reinforcing resin compound, self-repairing-capsule, curing micro-capsule, antifoaming agent and water; and (ii) mixing raw materials under the condition of the rotating speed of 1000-1200 revolutions/minute, and stirring uniformly to obtain the aqueous environmentally-friendly coating.
