▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A macromolecular composite film is prepared by adding a mixing liquid comprising (mass %) oxidized graphene dispersion (2-20) and nanotitanium dioxide dispersion (2-20) at a volume ratio of 1-10:50 in a solidifying system of an epoxy acrylate. The oxidized graphene dispersion and the nanotitanium dioxide dispersion are mixed according to a volume ratio of 1-2:1. The solidifying system is prepared by mixing and stirring epoxy acrylate (48-69), trimethylol propyl triacrylate (TMPTA) (29-48), and 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone (2-4). USE - A macromolecular composite film used for resisting near-infrared/UV radiation (claimed) in a building with an operated air conditioning system or a glass coating of the transport machine. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has improved heat insulation effect, improved transparency, has no optical pollution, and is inexpensive.
