▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene-based gas sensor, involving (a) preparing graphene oxide dispersion, (b) mixing the dispersion with aniline to form a graphene aniline hybrid materials, (c) preparing graphene aniline hybrid material aerogel, and (d) dispersing the aerogel on an electrode surface to obtain the sensor. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts simple process, and is suitable for industrial preparation, and the prepared gas sensor has aerogel structure, maintains the layered characteristics of the two-dimensional material, and has large number of crossing holes and large specific surface area, and is more sensitive to gas.
