▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing insitu intercalation solution of carboxylated graphene oxide and benzoxazine resin nanocomposites, comprises (a) selecting natural crystalline flake graphite as raw material and then performing Hummers method, (b) chemically modifying obtained graphite oxide with chloroacetic acid, (c) dispersing obtained carboxylated graphene oxide in an organic solvent and then ultrasonically processing, (d) dissolving obtained carboxylated graphene oxide solution in the organic solvent, and (e) performing insitu intercalation polymerization. USE - The method is useful for preparing insitu intercalation solution of carboxylated graphene oxide and benzoxazine resin nanocomposites (claimed) used in a copper clad laminate, laminates, and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The method simply prepares the insitu intercalation solution of carboxylated graphene oxide and benzoxazine resin nanocomposites with easily obtainable raw materials, increased workability and heat resistance and high glass transition temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing insitu intercalation solution of carboxylated graphene oxide benzene and benzoxazine resin nanocomposites, comprises (a) selecting natural crystalline flake graphite as raw material and then performing Hummers method to obtain graphite oxide, (b) chemically modifying the graphite oxide with chloroacetic acid to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide, (c) dispersing the carboxylated graphene oxide in an organic solvent and then ultrasonically processing to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide solution, (d) dissolving the carboxylated graphene oxide solution in the organic solvent and fully stirring and dissolving to obtain benzoxazine prepolymer solution with a mass concentration of 10-25%, and (e) performing insitu intercalation polymerization of 0.5-5 mass% of carboxylated graphene oxide solution and 95-99.5 mass% of benzoxazine prepolymer solution.
